Covid-19 Positive Patients in Central Borneo Increase

PALANGKA RAYA – Central Borneo Governor, H Sugianto Sabran said, the number of patients who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 in this area had increased again. As of April 22, 2020, at 3:00 pm West Indonesia Time, the number of positive patients had increased by 4 to 82.

“The addition of 4 positive patients with details, the City of Palangka Raya increased by 3 people and Kapuas increased by 1 person. The high increase in positive patient data Covid-19 in recent days, due to the delay in the results of laboratory examinations from Jakarta and Surabaya, “he explained.

The number one person in Central Borneo again urged people not to panic, remain calm, and remain vigilant. In addition, the community was also asked to keep implementing government recommendations, including at home, wearing masks when leaving the house, and others.

The number of people in monitoring (ODP) is 252 people. Patients under surveillance (PDP) increase by 2 people to 60 people.

Whereas the distribution of Covid-19 positive patients by regency and city, namely Palangka Raya 28 people, Kotawaringin Barat 13 people, Kotawaringin Timur 9 people, and East Barito 1 person.
